Sally McNair

Sally McNair is a writer and broadcaster who has worked for BBC Scotland, Scottish Television, Channel 4 and many independent companies. In a career spanning forty years, she reported on almost every major event in Scotland, as well as presenting special programmes covering the arts, education and sport. Most of her career was spent on Reporting Scotland, but in 1984, Sally became the first woman to present sport in Scotland, working on the long-running Scotsport at STV. It was a ground-breaking moment which changed sports journalism here. She lives in north Fife.
